ulian and Andy continued to develop as a production and writing team, going on to release tracks such as `Drop the bass' by next generation on sound corporation recordings. However, never able to stay away from the Crosstrax studio for too long, he found requests for collaborations on the increase. One such collaboration with Fion Lucas led to the invention of the soundscape name and a track entitled "Dub Culture" which was picked up by Satellite/BMG.
hortly thereafter, Julian and Darren produced a new `JDS' recording called `London Town', which was signed by Pepper.
Up until this point, Julian had secured several top 75 chart placements and then finally the big one happened, when Julian and Andy recorded `Keep on dancing' by Perpetual motion which was signed to Positiva and peaked at number 12 in the charts.
ow able to utilise all of his recording and release experience, Julian and Andy decided to set up their own record label and go it alone. The label, Pure Records is currently upto its 10th release and is looked after by 3 Beat/Bond management.
he label is now gaining a massive following and is a firm favourite of the likes of Graham Gold, Tall Paul, Brandon Block and Alex P.
